d20ProCon GM notes

Starting the game
When you are ready to receive player connections, click ‘Allow d20Pro connections’ next to the d20Pro logo, under your game profile photo.

Players will then see a ‘Launch d20Pro’ link, in that same section.

When the game is over, click ‘Disable d20Pro connections’.

Alternates
When your game has begun, open your game’s registration desk via ‘Registration desk’  in the Navigation section, under the game profile picture.

If a player has not shown, kick that player via ‘Kick player’. This will cancel the no-show’s registration, notify the first alternate via email that a seat is available, and notify them via email to join the game.

If all players have shown up, click ‘Release alternates’. This will notify your alternates via email that the game is full.

Video chat
Infrno’s game table can be used for video chat, simply by placing d20Pro on top of the browser, cropping out Infrno’s table.

BUT, we only officially support 4 users. We’ve tested well with 6, but any flaky network connections and it gets very annoying.

So, for games with more that 4 seats (including the GM), we recommend Skype.
